About the founder
An engineer by training, LP Dion's fascination with whisky began the day his father gifted him a bottle of Aberlour A'Bunadh — and deepened during a visit to Penderyn Distillery in Wales. Years of prototypes, a patent-pending discovery in surface tension, and one unforgettable moment on a whisky podcast later, that curiosity became Fo Cheò™.
