The Beta Testing Program invites whisky lovers to be the very first to experience The Fogger. As a participant, you will receive a pre-release prototype and the opportunity to explore it within your own tasting ritual. Your feedback will guide us in refining the final design, making you an essential part of bringing Maison Fo Cheò’s innovation to life.

General Conditions of the Beta Testing Program
1. Nature of the Product ‣ The Fogger provided in this program is a prototype, not a finished consumer product. ‣ Prototypes may vary in appearance, finish, and performance from the final version.
2. Purpose of the Program ‣ The program is designed for testing and feedback purposes only. ‣ Participants agree to use the prototype in the context of personal whisky tasting and to share their impressions, comments, or issues when requested.
3. Limitations & Risks ‣ The prototype is offered “as is” without any warranty. ‣ While safe for use with whisky, it may not reflect the durability or refinement of the final design. ‣ Maison Fo Cheò is not responsible for damages arising from improper use of the prototype.
4. Participant Commitments ‣ Use the prototype personally and do not resell, duplicate, or distribute it. ‣ Provide feedback when asked, either via surveys, email, or private community groups. ‣ Treat the prototype with reasonable care.
5. Cost & Membership ‣ Access to the Beta Testing Program is offered exclusively through the Founder’s Club membership. ‣ This contribution covers program participation, a given prototype unit, and shipping (where applicable).
6. Shipping & Availability ‣ The program is limited in number of participants. ‣ Prototypes will be shipped on a first-come, first-served basis. ‣ Delivery times may vary depending on location and logistics.
7. Intellectual Property ‣ The Fogger and its design are patent pending and remain the intellectual property of Maison Fo Cheò. ‣ Participation in the Beta Program does not grant any rights to the design, technology, or branding.
8. Termination of Participation ‣ Maison Fo Cheò reserves the right to end or modify the program at any time. ‣ Participants who do not respect the terms may be excluded.
